I was worried that being 50 years old and major back issues this may not be for me. Was I surprised! The ladies working there are the best in this businesses. They talked to me about my back issues and started me off at a pace that I can do, that would not hurt or damage my back. I am in great pain and on lots of meds and needed an outlet to help me with strengthening my core. These gals work one on one with me and push me when I need it. Its a fun and energizing place to go. Stop in and check them out...Love it A
