Excellent family owned business. Always quick to respond and helped us with our plumbing problems on many occasions. Btw, the two negatives were from individuals, who have yet to leave a positive review for anyone. There is no pleasing some people.
I have talked to Derek many times on the phone and every time he is kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. I have even called him on the weekend and he always takes the time to return my calls and deal with all my plumbing questions and issues with great advice and patience. Job well done. Arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, and explained the fix. Went ahead and tuned up our water softener. The bill that arrived in a couple days, was actually much lower than expected. Highly recommend these brothers.
