Very unprofessional people. One of the recruiters made me talk through every single bullet point on the job description, forcing me to elaborate on every response when I already finished. Never asked anything related to educational background or previous experience. Made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. In addition to this, they said they will submit my CV and will call me back to inform on the outcome as to whether I was shortlisted or not. Never heard back from them. I would not recommend these people

Absolutely disgusted with this company! Email received asking if I am available for an interview and can I start on a specific date. I replied stating I was available but received nothing back. When I contacted them to enquire when my interview would be I was told that the interview was not a guarantee but to check my availability. Being out of work this really got my hopes up only to massively let down!

Superb recruitment company - will never go anywhere else. Carolann in particular has given first class and personalised service helping us to recruit a number of new staff members to our business. She takes the time to ensure the candidates are right for our business as opposed to just sending masses of CVs through. You get the impressing the company genuinely car about the people they are recruiting for and the candidates they are trying to help place in their ideal roles. Completely refreshing approach compared to other recruitment companies who we have used in the past. I would recommend Ginger Recruitment to any business who wants to fill positions to professional people without all the agro and time wasting the recruitment process can cause when you try and do it in house

I have nothing but great things to say about this company, especially Jackie and Sam. Jackie contacted me initially and spoke to me on a personal level to try and find out what I wanted in a job and what my aspirations were, once I had advised her she advised to amend my CV to reflect this and put me in touch with her colleague Sam who found me a job in what I wanted in the space of a couple of days.
