Ended up sitting down and actually getting up after about 10 minutes waiting for a server just coming up to say if you're ordering and deep dish it will be over 45 minutes!! Didn't even ask if we wanted something to drink!! We had never been there before so no loss!! Won't even attempt going back!!

We ordered To Go this time. The beautiful deep-dish pizza was ready on time and still hot when we got home. We Daytonians should feel very lucky to have this famous Chicago pizzeria in our hometown. We used to stop there or take out a frozen pizza whenever we drove to or through Chicagoland. In fact, the picture is us at Giordano's near Midway Airport.

Excellent service, ask for Aaron he is the best. The pizza is so good. It takes 40 minutes to bake the deep dish, so allow extra time. We will be back soon.

The pizza is expensive and wasn't very good. The crust was kinda like a flavorless cracker. I thought the sauce tasted like spaghetti sauce you buy at the store in a jar. Really nothing special for a pizza that costs over 30. And they don't alow topping substitutions? Actually they let my boyfriend substitute extra bacon for salami on the meat pizza but wouldn't let me have pineapple instead of mushrooms. I had to get a create your own that cost more.

Deep dish pizza is awesome. Drive almost an hour just to visit this location because you just can't get this type of pizza everywhere.
