By far the worst and most ridiculous highway restaurant I visited in Italy. First of all it works with a system in which you have to know what you want to order and go to the cashier. This is ridiculously inconvenient. As a non-native you have to try and remember whatever it is you're ordering and the food names are way too long and only available in Italian. Secondly, I have never had an encounter with staff as rude as here. The receipt clearly stated a slice of diavolo pizza but I was handed a slice of margherita instead and upon mashing the staff aware I was looked at like I was seriously inconveniencing. Upon my insistence on getting the salami slices which I ordered and paid for they were lazily thrown on top of the existing margherita slice, without even being warmed up again. Then I was on the phone talking to someone and the staff started loudly moving around chairs as she was cleaning and continued to do so after I asked her multiple times to stop since the phone connection was weak. Will not EVER go to restaurants of this franchise again and can only advise anyone thinking about it to seriously reconsider.

a dispetto di ciò che dice chi viaggia poco i prezzi sono nella media degli altri autogrill, purtoppo in autostrada nn puoi comprare nulla... prezzi esorbitanti ovunque.. ma il personale è educato, ovviamente se il cliente è rispettoso..... ma doccia piccola ma pulita.. funziona solo acqua calda e avvolte esce fredda x un attimo....caffe e panini buoni.. parcheggio piccolo

Loja muito completa, com muitos salgados, balas e chicletes, chocolates, iogurte, massas para fazer em casa e misturas e sal para massa, várias opções de bebidas em geladeiras, tem vários itens sem ser comida também. Banheiro muito grande e limpo também. Gostei. Fica ao lado de um posto de gasolina também.

Posto veramente orribile. Personale scortese e servizi igienici sporchi e intasati. In questo periodo dove si dovrebbe mantenere la distanza di sicurezza, nei Servizi igienici degli uomini su otto pisciatoi quattro erano intasati.

Locale da rifare completamente, nel frattempo potreste organizzare corsi gestionali per il team che è completamente fuori fase. Visto che proponete prezzi anche superiori alla media degli autogrill dovreste proporre ingredienti di altro livello. \Cotoletta\ con patatine e coca tutto freddo 13 euro. La cotoletta è fatta di carne di pollo, tacchino o che altro ESTRATTO, quindi un impasto impanato con non si sa cosa e pieno di additivi e conservanti....
