Fish, chips, peas, buttered bread and a cuppa... Doesn't get much better

Fast fish and chips with great fish, well cooked and the fish tea comes with beans or mushy peas, bread & butter and a choice of tea or coffee. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We ate in and the service was very quick which was ideal. Bench seating with tables for four adults / kids. There were also a couple of high chairs for toddlers. Street parking just outside the door. When we arrived it was busy but we were still served quickly! The sit in restaurant area closes at 7pm but the take away in the nextdoor shop is open until 8pm.
