I spent a very long time looking at different marble from a lot of suppliers as well as many completed projects before I found Gitani. Gitani not only had marble of the highest quality but also some amazing stone options I hadn't seen elsewhere. The quality of their workmanship is as good as I have seen. Could not be happier with the quality of product, workmanship and honest advice offered by the Gitani Stone team. From all the trades that helped build my home Gitani were a complete standout! I would highly recommended them to anyone in the market for any type of stone. The patience they showed when trying to find the perfect stone for my flooring was astounding (sample after sample) at the end I ended up choosing the first one they offered for my flooring and the ease of maintaining this stone is unbelievable. I went from mopping daily in my old house to once every 2-3 weeks! Same flooring was used externally and I’ve rarely mopped outsides AMAZING!!!

When you decide you want a beautiful stone bench top there is so much choice , natural or man made. I did my research , relied in part on reviewers just like me, and chose Gitani. You will find that I did seperate reviews on 2 other places that I also looked at. I am more than happy. Aside from Gitani having what I thought was a huge range of stone and more possible edge profiles than any other, the service was exceptional from the very start with those that I dealt with. Importantly however, the after sales service that I got was faultless! If you know anything about marble , which we chose, you will know that it is far more delicate that anything else. In our case , the island bench top snapped, in unfortunate circumstances before it made the front door. 48 hours later a new piece was delivered. I know these guys are busy so staggered at the turnaround. What's more, being a bit fussy , I asked them back to re hone a piece of the marble. 3 days later its done. Very happy, and perhaps a little bit smug that I chose Gitani as I don't think it's possible to get any better after sales service.

My dealing with Gitani Stone has been truly pleasant. Recently Ive been on a mini project which requires a small piece of marble cut to size. Called Jason on Saturday and he was very happy to help out. No business is too small or too large for Gitani Visited Gitani Store today and I have to say during my time there the friendly staff (Linda and the receptionist lady whose name I could not recall :( ) made me feel very welcomed. Linda was really patient with me, showing me different pieces to make sure I find what I’m after, double confirming with me to ensure the size is absolutely correct. Half an hour later I received the finished piece exactly as what I had pictured in my head! Yet the best part is Jason decided to give the piece to me free of charge as I am a returning customer!
