Excelent cost benefit. The place was very clean, all the hotel crew was very polite, mainly Carmine who helped with different requests. The only cons is about the location that is a bit far from the city center, however, it is only 20km from Naples airport and considering the cost, it was fine. If you are having a road trip, it is an ideal place to be, however, if you want to know Naples then you will need a car.

Sorry it's late but better late them never we were there as a family 30th may for 4 night we can not say enough about the hotel and staff. Its very clean, good food, very helpful staff. Would stay there again if it was some were else it would cost a lot more to stay there. Thanks to all the staff for making our stay there fantastic.

Very nice hotel, food at the restaurant was good and the room was nice. Air conditioning did not work great so the room was a bit hot.

Hotel is very cosy (although it is in a strange quarter of Naples). Room was wide, clean and very nice. Service was great with very pleasant staff ready to help you in any way. Pool and garden around the hotel are very nice. It has everything one could wish of the 4 star hotel. Disadvantage was wifi. Sometimes it worked, sometimes not. All in all it was pleasant experience for very good price.

The WORST hotel in my life! I recommend it nobody! The room was not clean, we did not see the cleaning ladies for 2 days! There is a little pool, but you can not use, because the hotel sell ticket to the outsiders. We would like to have dinner at 22:45, but the restaurant was closed! The original opening hours to 23:30.... You can not use the air condition yourself, u have to call the reception if u want to turn off. Except for the receptionist nobody speak English. For example, in the restaurant, they did not understend the salt or pepper or water.... In morning, we never found a clean table to have breakfast... This hotel deserves max 3 stairs.... We did not sleep because the hotel keep party at the pool every night. We closed the window but it was not enough. The music was too loud.

Nice staff and nice rooms is the only thing I can say. The pool is beautiful but limited access closes at 6PM and they host alot of parties in it. The food at the restaurant was horrible. Could be a hidden gem but the surrounding area is kind of trashy.

Location is not the best, but hotel is very nice. Good staff and restourant, near the swimming pool. Room very large but air conditioning is not the best, I prefer a personal control on it. WiFi not exists during the day but at the evening is very good.
