I wanted to share how thoroughly impressed I am with GizmoPros' customer service and support. I brought in a niche product, a Thrustmaster Joystick, which is used for flight simulators (see image). The buttons on the top had stopped functioning. Within a few hours I had an initial diagnosis and repair made to a frayed wire on the inside of the device. Unfortunately the repair failed the next day after some heavy usage. They offered to do another free repair and determined that there was a manufacturing defect that was causing this item to fail - the internal wires were rubbing each other as it moved, eventually causing them to fray. As the item was out of warranty, I had little hope of getting a replacement from the manufacturer. Without hesitation they offered to make additional repairs free of charge or provide a full refund. I choose to take another attempt at repair, as finding this item is very difficult at this time. They ultimately ended up correcting the manufacturing defect by making significant modifications to the internal wiring. We hit a couple minor bumps along the way, however they were consistently responsive to my feedback, provided outstanding communication, and were enthusiastic in their efforts to repair my item. I am thoroughly impressed by their tenacity and willingness to continue working on such a niche product for a low fee (under 40). The item was returned to me in fantastic condition and looks like it is new from the factory. It is fully functional. I will be bringing all my future electronic repairs to GizmoPros and I encourage you to do the same. As a first time customer, I could not have come away more impressed. A

Dropped off a phone that was working just fine despite the sim card not reading. Everything else worked. I had to call them every couple of days for updates and would be told \we will call you back by 8 tonight\ never get a call back. Finally they tell me that they took it apart and now the screen won't turn on, at this point I knew they had no idea what they were doing they forgot the initial reason the phone was dropped off and started trying to sell me different parts for the phone. Finally I had enough and went and picked it up. The phone does not work anymore, the battery looks like it's expanded so much it's aboutto explode. They have killed the phone. If there's a good review on here it's either an employee or a friend of an employee's.
