Customer service over the phone is great. No problems. However, they had the nerve to deliver my mom's elderly supplies on the wrong day, over the weekend I assume as this morning Sunday, I see those boxes in the lobby! They never came up to the apartment to properly deliver my elderly mother's supplies at the door! That is negligence, irresponsible and lazy of their delivery people! This is NOT proper service for the elderly of their medical supplies.
