I went to the Glace Bay McDonalds today. I ordered an extra large coffee, a medium coffee and a small milkshake. I wanted a child’s milkshake but he said the smallest was a small. The guy said my order came to 8.02. I found this was a bit high of a price so I asked him how much the milkshake cost. He told me 3.whatever plus tax. I gave him 7 in cash and swiped my debit card for the remaining 1.02. He told me I still owe I’m 1. I said no I don’t I paid it. When I got up to the other window they told me I still owe 1. I said no I don’t I paid 7 in cash and used my bank card for the rest. He was extremely rude and told me I still owe 1. The guy from the first window came over there and I told him to give me my 7 back and keep the drinks. He kept repeating I owed 1. I told him four times to return my money that I paid. FINALLY they gave me my money back after I said I was about to come into the store. I left and went into a parking space to check my bank account. I indeed did pay that 1.02. The staff was so rude that I would NEVER go there again and wouldn’t suggest anyone else does either. Really really bad customer service and they still got my 1.02. I also later googled he cost of a milkshake and this good charges me for a large not a small.

Food was good and fresh but they don't listen closely for my order. Screwed it up 3 times! Finally I made my own.
Most of the staff are very nice. We are there twice a day to get coffee it would be nice if they would stir the coffee knowing that there is sugar in it but most of the time that never happens . In the evening the food is not the hottest especially the fries so we try not to eat there unless we're in a rush
It's hit or miss. Some days the service is exceptional, others it's less than mediocre.
It’s McDs. Everything average except little desire to cater to device users. 1 plugin and low capped internet. Other places will get my money till you get a bunch of plugins. Power and USB for devices needed. Other redesigned McDonald’s have them. Will rate higher once this is fix. At least a few tables at min should have
Very hard to order - the employée could not understand me, and I couldnt understand her!!
I am tired of getting asked to pull around front of the building to wait almost every time i order food in the drive thru... It doesn't even matter if there is a line up. Customer service is not a priority here!
