We love our small town store! Complete with all the essentials and more. It saves the headache of traveling into Houghton Lake to buy pretty much anything. We know we can get in and out quickly.

It's what you may expect, to find, from a small shop, in a rural area, right off the highway. Owners are Uber friendly and the store has a decent amount of product, for short trips. If you're lucky, you may even meet the store's security guard, a small, friendly dog... who will insist, that you pet her, repeatedly.

I got a very friendly greeting as I walked in and the person at the register was very friendly and helpful.

For the size, they offer more than any place I've been. If you want or need it they probably have it. If you live here they will get it for you. Friendly, helpful and aim to please. So happy I live near by. Going by? Stop in for gas and necessities .

I was going there weekly to cash my check and never had an issue, the guys behind the counter were always kind. It wasn't until today when I spoke with a lady named Lori did I find out and I quote "I don't want to be that kind of business" that according to her, I needed to find elsewhere. I understand if thats not the kind of establishment you want to run, that's your decision. You could have stated it in a nicer manor other then you simply don't want my business. I apologize for cashing my checks and then spending it right back in your establishment.
