The absolute worst costumer and employee service I have ever experienced. Glasscock hired my fiancé knowing his criminal background (he has charges from an addiction he’s getting excellent help for). He had to go back to County temporally for a pending case and lost his job. Glasscock, Ellen and Tim specifically refused to mail out his final paycheck because Ellen said “It’s not my fault you had a baby with a bum in jail.” On a different phone call before this, Ellen called him “a criminal” and a “bum in jail”. Again they knew if his pending case and criminal history. I was out in the position of trying to obtain his final paycheck and she refused to mail it without a time sheet, which I provided. Then after sending the time sheet she docked him a days pay and said “he did not work” which in fact he did. They are liars, thief’s and discriminate against people trying to better themselves. What they are doing is illegal and discrimination. Do not only did it take almost a month to get his final paycheck, his paycheck was shorted 8 hours and we were discriminated against and I was spoken very poorly to by their hard to get along with and judgmental secretary Ellen.
