Do not book here - Customer service is a joke, they do not respond to any emails or phone calls regarding questions for bouncy castle already booked. I booked them for my wedding but recently cancelled and went with much better company. I have just recently heard they haven't shown up to places absolutely shocking, Customers deserve high quality service and this place is rubbish not happy at all and will be taking this further

If I could give 0 stars I would. Have used them a fee times in the past with no issues. I booked them for my son's birthday party and never showed up. Have tried several different methods of contact but got no response. Utter rubbish and would definitely not recommend them to anyone
Im a yearly customer of Bouncing Scotland for over 4years for our summer fairs, every year they do not fail to disappoint. If it was possible to give more than 5️, I definitely would. Great deals, high quality equipment & thee BEST customer service ever! Keep up the good work!
We hired the assault course and rodeo bull for a games day and had a fantastic day. Equipment arrived and was set up in good time and the \can do\ helpful happy attitude from Stewart added to the fantastic day. We'll definitely be using him again. Thanks Stewart and Team.
