Excellent service! The product I wanted was initially out of stock, but there was an e-mail alert service. Was contacted as soon as it was back in stock, ordered around 12 noon, delivered the next day! Great price too. Would recommend and will use again.

I can only speak from my own experience with CMT based in Glasgow, I ordered a Dremel 8020 cordless multi tool platinum edition at 2:10 pm friday afternoon and it arrived at 12:48 pm the next day and i live near the south coast , Wow what a fantastic service i did not expect my order to arrive the next day as i had recieved an email stating it would arrive on Monday if i had one gripe it would be the packing maybe a box would have been better than a plastic bag but it did arrive in perfect condition so no real problem , thank you CMT i can now get on with my projects

If you look hard enough, you'll find reviews talking about poor customer service from Campbell Miller. I'm not sure if something has changed with them but my experience was first class. Unfortunately the goods arrived damaged, 1 quick email and I got a very prompt reply from them, very polite and apologetic, return pick up arranged for the next day, replacement tools arrived a couple of days later. Very happy with the replacement tools and the excellent service I got from them.
