I went here for help with my pip and was told to be there at 8am as the queue builds up really quickly lucky my friend told me I was taken at 9.30 and didn't get out till 11.10 and most of the queue was still waiting to be seen. They always have no available appointments and one full day on a Monday and 9.30 till 12.00 on Thursday. This is frustrating as you only have so long for completing the forms and the DWP seem to send these letters out to the same postcodes.

The fact you can't make a appointment and it is first come first serve means you can spend all day in here I have been here on 3 diffrnt occasions and I waited 5 hours to be told there is nothing they can really do it's a joke
