No complaints from this place at all after visiting many places to find a ford ranger and being messed about at Coatbridge and others we went along to see what evans hallshaw could do were me met Jason the sales guy. After some discussion on what we wanted and left he called us a week later found us one great price and had it brought up and went out his way to get everything done we asked for and his manager couldn't be more helpful . All I can say is a big thank you too them for all the help and would definitely not hesitate to use again and highly recommend them too anyone looking for a van Jason was true to his word from start to finish very hard to find a guy in vehicle sales that's honest and even the aftercare from him and his manager . Great service and pleasure to deal with thanks again guys .

Put my van in first thing on a Monday morning for a service, Went to collect it at 4pm the following day as I had been told it would be ready for then, Was sitting in the waiting area for well over an hour as they were \Finishing off\ my service. Terrible customer service.
You can measure how good a company is when things go wrong. My car originally went in to have a door and wing replaced after an accident. When I got the car back, the work done shouldn't have passed their quality control. Trying to arrange getting the car back in to the garage for rectification work took some amount of effort. Missed dates, no courtesy car, poor communication, dreadful telephone system requiring you to speak to multiple people before you get the right department. We got there in the end, but boy was it hard work.
I have used this centre for servicing and repairs on my works van for years. I always find the staff very friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with the work performed on my vehicles and so it seems a very good service. Can't comment on prices as I don't pay the bills but I assume it is like any dealership using only genuine Ford parts and priced accordingly.
