Great service have dealt with a lady called Anne her product knowledge is second to none from stainless steel/glass balustrade to steel beams etc nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend

Communication and reliability are a problem, hardly an order placed that does not go onto back order with no information on when it will be ready, delivery dates shown on website come and go with no delivery. Prices are good, but service doesnt match!!!!
