I've used this taxi service about a dozen or so times now, and I've never had a bad experience with them. They are pet friendly and have always been prompt, affable, and reasonably priced. They are my favorite taxi service in Glasgow, and I tend to use them over Uber whenever I have the choice.

Good taxi service, good communication and nice friendly drivers
I was using these taxis 4 times a day and the drivers were a nasty aggressive lot. Very unreliable when picking me up from Glasgow Royal Infirmary
Avoid @glasgow_taxis! Very rude and intimidating driver took myself and a family member the wrong way then attempted to rip us off. Had to resort to calling the police to get the driver to unlock the cab doors. Disgraceful attitude and service. Save yourself the hassle and trouble and either walk or use a different firm. Picture is vehicle driver used.
