I would very much like to express my sincere gratitude to Irene and family for their support and professionalism in dealing with my brother,s funeral. My brother had to be transported down to Liecester and this family business took care of all the necessary paperwork and they personally transferred him and conducted the funeral impeccably . I cannot thank them enough, particularly during this horrible pandemic and their ability to complete all the arrangements with the minimum of fuss or restrictions. My family in Leicester convey their appreciation to the Mitchell family and I would have no hesitation in recommending them for future reference. Very highly commended and thank you again for the personal touch. A lovely family.

From the first phone call to Mitchell’s family (Irene)they dealt with all arrangements for my Grand funeral in a very efficient, professional but thoughtful manner. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Liam came out to my house to arrange the funeral which made it easier in a time of great stress during the current circumstances, they were able to conduct a service that was beyond what I imagined could have taken place due to the restrictions and for that I will be forever thankful. The level of thoughtfulness that went in to the proceedings was also very much over and above what was required. Thank you to Liam, Irene for everything.

I would just like to say a massive thank you to Mitchell's funeral services. I've never organized a funeral before but when I contacted to organize my mums funeral as my mum was sadly ready to pass irene was first contact and made me feel really at ease and talked me throo everything very professionally. When my mum passed irene and Liam where exceptionally very courteous and dignified on talking me throo what I would like for my mums service. On the day I was exceptionally sad but the way and manner that irene and Liam and donna held my mums service was overwhelming . I would hopefully not any time soon but if needed use there service again very professional thank you Mitchell's for all the work you done for me.
