Sharon is marvelous she's tough but friendly n really great at her job, she's helped me with my finances and helped me get another girl in the office to fill my 4th pip form in, 3 from castlemilk law center who were atrocious, also the girl who helped me with pip form. Was fantastic too. And now for the fantastic and very very good Jane, she knows how to do her job, she's been fighting my pip appeals and tribunals, you can do the talking bit when asked to, but when 3 officials cross examine you, and your stress, anxiety and depression set in, you'd think game over, but there's Jane, bang explaining to them. What they missed, so the people who have put in negative reviews, your full of pish cos the staff in here are awesome. So reel your necks back in, it's no like you paid for it, miracles don't happen over night.

Confusing and conflicting communication from staff has been a terrible upsetting experience and has made me very ill giving me depression. a lot of their communication was rude, abrupt and gave me the impression that they did not care at all. I cannot believe the manner in which I have been treated. Felt that they did everything they could to put me off my application process and make things more stressful for me. i had to call samaritans as I was left so upset at the way this company was so rude to me and had no understanding and no friendly approach to me as I am autistic and I am a polite, shy good mannered lady. They had no compassion to the fact that years ago I suffered abuse from a man. and they just brushed that off. Terrible left me in tears and I am suffering greater stress due to the way they have treated me. I am now going to have to apply all over again no wonder people in my position get very very ill with this process. Money matters was supposed to support me through the application process and make things easier for me as I am disabled but instead they were rude and the whole thing dragged on for ages I think that they wanted to put me off my application or something .. it worked. but I will have to apply on my own now afresh. I mean the first time I went in to see them I started crying and they showed no care or compassion the whole process has been heartless. Each time I asked for an update they just mixed things up giving me conflicting information all the time. I really feel so very stressed about this whole ordeal. and so greatly upset . I am a nice shy polite well behaved person I am gentle and kind and did not deserve the way I have been treated. I really hope they think about treating people as human beings with feelings.

Useless,,twice now appointment was made and nobody phoned me,also shredded my original letters and sent me back photocopies which i cant use,need to find other company thats more professional in their attitude to helping me
Kamila is so friendly and helpful! I got the best advise from her. She knows all the information about my matter. But the attitude of receptionist is so bad. I almost decided to leave but I am glad I waited. Because kamila is totally different.
