Booked a viewing for 97 Broomfield road, waited nearly a full week so really looking forward to viewing the property. When we arrived there was already another THREE families viewing the home at the same time. This is during a local lockdown and was supposed to be appointment only. Ended up waiting at the front door for 10 minutes until another family left. Got taken round the upstairs by a guy who didn't work for the agents, just there to help out, he knew nothing about the property. Then downstairs we dealt with the actual agent who told me to refer to the home report for any question I asked. Spent a total of 12 minutes viewing the property before being lead back out to leave as more people waiting outside. Actually denied the opportunity to look at the garden again or see inside the garage. How can you expect anyone to make a decision on a property when you're under pressure to hurry up and move out the way of other people and don't get any questions answered? The worst experience I've ever had viewing a property. It was a farce. We could comfortably afford to purchase the house but will not be putting in an offer based on that experience alone.
Lynn helped sell our property in Robroyston. When we met with several estate agents, Lynn’s professionalism and knowledge stood out a mile. We are so glad we sold with Moving. Both Lynn and Christine were available at any time and constantly kept us up to date. They even managed to sell our property for us for a second time over Christmas when our first sale fell through due to buyers not being able to get mortgage. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Worth every penny.
Absolutely outstanding estate agents. Made the process of selling our home simple. Extremely quick to get our property onto the market, secured us the price we wanted and their communication was excellent.
