I waited for the first taxi, looked out the window until the driver arrived. It took me a maximum 1 minute to get downstairs. By this time they were already driving away and at the corner as I waved I'm here. I then contacted the control centre and was told the driver arrived on the designated time. Erm there is no 'designated' time because I was tracking him. So it'll be another 20 minutes as YOU were late. Taxis are late all the time, what is one minute to a driver? Oh no sorry that's my fault. No poor service and poor response to a clear issue on their part. 1 which is lucky, only because the second driver was nice, but didn't wear a mask...luckily I did. He never got a tip though because of the bad service, during a pandemic.

Booked a taxi run for Friday the 13th for 5am the morning our driver Robert did not turn up. Will not use this company again, constant issues with drivers not turning up. Good thing is that there are a lot of taxis out there looking for the work.

The call centre team are very RUDE and are not professional. The ladies especially have hung phone on me quite a few times. Please train your call center staff to be professiinal and customer friendly. It goes a long way.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire the driver of a white skoda it think, but the badge number was 3869. He helped my freind in a short journey today 23/10/20, was one of the most caring drivers one the fleet. Sound one thanks for looking after my missus.
