I attended the skincare workshop and was absolutely blown away by Janice and all of her fantastic knowledge about how to look after your skin and body from the inside out. Such a wonderful class I have recommended it to a friend who is currently having some skin woes which no fancy lotions or creams will fix. My husband has a voucher for her Sourdough class soon and is very excited. Keep up the great work Janice, you are inspiring and great fun too!

As someone who works in the film industry I am always looking for things to boost my health and wellbeing. I alway eat on the run and a lot of todays so called health foods are pure rubbish. I came across probiotics whilst I was out filming in New Mexico. The people in my crew would constantly eat probiotic snacks at breakfast and lunch. They all looked healthy and shiny and they claimed to have more energy as a result of their diets. On my returnI wanted to learn how to create my own probiotic foods. Browsing online I came across Nourished By Nature based here in my native Glasgow. I attended Janice's class on how to create probiotic food. Its the best money I have spent all year, Janice is a fantastic teacher and she has a very cool and laid back attitude which made the course all the easier for me to pick up. I learned so much from Janice about probiotic foods, now me, my wife and all our four weans are eating probiotics as well as creating more jars of probiotic snacks at home as per Janice's news letter recipes Janice has a scientific background which made the course all the more interesting and special as she really dose know what she's talking about. My wife is now planning to attend Janice's next sourdough bread class.

What a wonderful course the Fermented Drinks was! Thoroughly enjoyed it and despite it being 3 hours long I could’ve stayed much longer! Janice made an interesting topic even more fascinating as well as being lighted hearted and fun. The drinks were absolutely delicious too. Can’t wait to start making my own! I’ll definitely be back for more courses! Highly recommend!
