Frankly, this ‘Company’ is a joke. We asked ‘Silly Wee Films’ to film our wedding, back in July 2014. Despite paying the deposit, as requested, months in advance of the wedding, we heard nothing from Fraser. We tried to get in touch with the company via their phone number (which they never answer), their email address (which they also never seem to use), twitter (numerous accounts) and via Fraser’s YouTube Channel. Only when we contacted him via YouTube, did we get a response. (Please see the ‘Discussions’ section of his site for the conversation), where we received a pile of lies in response. Fraser never did film our wedding as promised - he sent a couple of film students to film the wedding (dressed as if they were off down the shops). Terribly unprofessional. After the wedding, we paid Fraser the balance and waited for a draft of the DVD to be sent. 3 months later, and after numerous emails with no response, we eventually received a low res version of the wedding video. It really wasn’t the best video (audio was very poor) but since we didn’t have any other footage to work with, we asked for a few small edits and requested that Fraser send the DVDs to us, once the edits had been made. Another 4 months later!!!, and after countless more sent emails without a response, we still hadn’t received our DVDs. Finally we got a response from Fraser, with a whole host of pitiful excuses about why he hadn’t managed to get our DVDs to us, none of which I accept. Our DVDs did eventually arrive, and whilst they are not of the quality I had hoped for, they are the only video record that we have of our day. I got in touch with Fraser, after receiving the DVDs and made my feelings known. I demanded that, given the sloppy service and low quality film, that we were entitled for a 50% discount on the fee. To my surprise, Fraser agreed, but as you can imagine, this was the last I heard from him. I am still awaiting the refund he promised us. My advice - Avoid like the plague.
