Ive moved up from another area and enquired about getting the nape of my neck and round my ears tidying up, as im growing out a buzz cut and was told i need to book and pay for a cut and blow dry 33 !!! well , murray ive just nipped into the village and got exactly what I asked for and it cost me a tenner! I shall now be using this salon regularly and when my hair grows I'll be getting a cut & blow......way to lose clients!! especially ones who need it colouring every 3 weeks aswell

I have had now two back and shoulders massage's and more. I can definitley say that they are the best in my experience of receiving a wide range of complimentrary therapies from various sources. The Therapist is amazing, and tunes in to you as a person. All the staff and very friendly, welcoming and personable. The salon itself is also lovely, high attention to detail and a great range of hair and beauty services. On this warm reception and care given to me during the treatments I have further booked myself in for a haircut, a facial, pedicure, manicure and a head a shoulder massage all before Christmas. They do not overcharge, they price well with a very high quality and friendly service. Thank you for looking after me so well. I'm a regular now!

Came here earlier in the year to get an ombré look, my hair was taken very light and looked healthy and decent. The next day when the wax had disappeared from my hair and I brushed it through my hair began to break off in large amounts and then I saw I had a line across my hair rather than a blended ombré. Was told on consultation the price would come to 113 for highlights, the lower bleaching a treatment and toner, on the appointment, getting it done I didn't get highlights nor did I get the toner but it still came to 113. We tried to phone about it and see what could be done but was told that it would have to be the manager we spoke to however any time phoning the manager wasn't there.

Got my hair put up only,in for 20 mins.They charged me 35,my daughter's who went to other hairdressers one was charged 15,the other 22 which involved a wash,blow dry and styled.we were all going to a wedding,which started early,so that is why we all went to different salons.I feel that I was ripped off,so angry.
