Returned to pick up my 2nd van from Van Monster. Didnt consider going anywhere else. Happy to say I received the same excellent service as I got when I purchased the van that I used as a trade in this time. Loads of Van's and specs to choose from with a 6 month/10k warranty thrown in for peace of mind.

Never bought anything but got really good service and help from one of the sales guys. So different from some of the archetypal, brash and surly car salesmen I met during a week of hunting for a van. Will definitely have no hesitation to buy from them in future .. top marks...

I Bought a van off them! Broke down within an hour on my home from Glasgow! They fixed the van 2 weeks later. 20 thousand miles later the same fault turbo had gone again, took it to the garage and was told they hadn’t done a good proper job fixing it. Would I use them again definitely not they just washed there hands and said it’s not our fault. All very nice when you want to buy a van but customer service is rubbish.
