Fantastic shop, it has anything you could ask for. I even found a Greek spirit that I needed for a Greek traditional Christmas recipe! I was extremely impressed! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great quality as well! I always enjoy shopping at this shop!

Because they are so used to deal with posh people that every time I bother a member of staff asking for the weirdest ingredient from an Otolenghi's recipe, they always help me finding it with a big smile

I used your click and collect today and it was nothing short of shambolic. There was no adequate system in place while queing to wait for your order. I had booked a slot for between 8am-9am. I gave my order details at 8.05am and had to wait until 8.55 for my order. I would have been quicker getting my purchases by going round the store. It was the first time I had used click and collect in your store and it will be the last. Also my items came in cardboard boxes which were very large for the items contained in them. Total waste of cardboard. Irene Lang
