Love this credit union. I go to the secor location. The staff is absolutely amazing! They're the best group of people you can have working ANYWHERE! So friendly and sweet and they treat you like family... even my dog is taken care of there! I just love it

This credit union GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION let's people fraudulently take money out of your account!!! DO NOT BANK WITH THEM. They don't even give you or tell you to call and make a claim for YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU TELL THEM SOMEONE IS STEALING FROM YOUR ACCOUNT!!!!!! THEY ACT AS IF YOU ARE LYING! They charge you a fee for not having enough money in your savings account. But you would have enough money in your savings if they stop taking money out of your checking account (WITHOUT TELLING YOU) for fraudulent charges. ALSO IF YOU PAY FOR ACCOUNT PROTECTION YOU ARE BEING ROBBED BY GLASS CITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION. THEY DO NOT MONITOR OR CARE ABOUT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES! Your account will say you have money in it but when you swipe your card its declined!!!! THIS PLACE WILL EMBARRASS YOU SOOOO BAD. THEY DESERVE A -0 shame on this place.
