Miramar Landing residents, if your window balance broke (window cannot open, window won't stay open, or the little plastic pieces broke off) this is the place to go. Glass & Screen hospital is great and quickly helped me repair several window balances in my house. It was due to a little broken plastic piece called the balance shoe. I have a contractor I normally work with who was unable to get these parts for a couple weeks. I showed the part to Glass & Screen Hospital and they helped me out immediately. They had parts on hand and were ready to schedule somebody to work on the house same day. Unrelated, we once had a window shatter, I brought it to them and they replaced the glass same day. Can't beat that! Everybody there was nice, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommend. My only regret is I waited a year to post this review, since they were very deserving of it.

Glass & Screen Hospital was there when I needed to replace the balancers and shoes on a few windows before selling our house. Came out quickly for the quote and within the next week back again to replace everything. Very professional, curious and respectful with the face mask policy caused by Covid19. Overall highly suggest them and their staff! Saved me tons of money not having to out new windows in.

Outstanding and warm customer service! Love me some Rose, she went above and beyond to help with the glass replacement for my slider door for our home sale. Reasonable prices and great work ethic. The guys did a fast and efficient job. I would certainly use them again in the future.
