Whilst the medical staff and most of the reception team are incredible, some people working at the front desk act as if you are insulting their child whenever you hold the smallest complaint. I went in to drop off a sample from my youngest, and the lady at the front told me, in an overly aggressive tone, that I was too late as they get sent off at 3. Neither me nor my son had been told this, and my son also tried to drop off the sample a few days prior at 6 o'clock, but the surgery was closed despite the website and the same woman saying over the phone that it closes at 6:30. I was told that opening times were reduced due to the pandemic, but this information wasn't listed any where online. In short, the doctors are perfect, but certain members of the reception make the experience less than pleasant, with everyone I know leaving with a sour taste in their mouths (which is of no relation to their medical queries)

The staff is very professional, efficient, respectful. Very grateful to everyone for their attention to my whole family.

Reception staff are so RUDE and always get prescriptions wrong, but the Doctors are AMAZING. Such a shame about all the other staff. Practise Manager is RUDE obnoxious, condescending, have never been treated so awful and they never apologise even when they know their wrong. It's actually caused me so much stress that I'm moving doctors. Have been with this practise for over 30 years and was told I was required to bring ID to confirm where myself and family live, said no problem I would do. I got a text from the surgery 2 days later, saying I hadn't brought in my ID, therefore myself and my children were no longer on their books. I rang the surgery and said I work full time and would get the ID to them and could i email it, I was told it was too late, find somewhere else. I said I needed medication for my son who is severely asthmatic and was told find somewhere else we're no longer their problem. I was so upset, I actually cried. Will miss the doctors here tremendously, they are so helpful and kind. Definitely will not miss the constant fight to find out where prescriptions are and even if they've been done at all! Unbelievable that people actually still have jobs when they treat patients like this. If I was to act the way they did in my job, I'm sure my manager would have something to say. They have NO customer service skills at all.

Exactly like being a doctor, being a GP’s receptionist is more a calling than it is a career. But where a doctor’s calling is to help those who are suffering, a GP’s receptionist’s calling is to make things as difficult as possible for those who suffer. Glebe st surgery has a real one, I mean, Christ, how do you treat another human being that way? What is up with that?

The best Gp surgery I’ve been to in London. Speedy, considerate, and well managed. The docs are also very considerate and caring.
