This is a wonderful place, historic, comfortable and striking. My room was vast and warm. The WiFi was unfortunately just barely adequate, often losing signal completely; and the hot water was but lukewarm. These are perhaps details, but stopped me allocating 5 stars. There was also a mixup over check-in time, and I had a long wait for that. I used the time to go for a long walk in the vineyards - this was extraordinary with panoramic views for miles around. I'd return to try again, as the breakfast was first class and anyone starting out, as they are, deserves a second chance.
Together with my wife and one of our daughters we stayed in Hotel Lamm overnight on route to Austria and again on the return journey. Our room had a very nice traditional feel in keeping with the beautiful wine growing region. It was both very comfortable, clean and with modern conveniences. Breakfast was wonderful and set us up for our journeys. My only grumble is with the price. I was told when booking that the room for 3 was 110 Euros but was asked to pay 156 Euros. In the light of such a high price I am unlikely to book again.
Sehr schön gestaltetes Gasthaus mit Biergarten. Speisekarte mit leckeren Gerichten und hervorragenden Weinen. Übernachten in liebevoll gestalteten Zimmern. Sehr zu empfehlen!
Die Corona-Hygiene - Regeln sind super umgesetzt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn der Lockdown hoffentlich bald vorbei ist.
Gutes Speiselokal. Freundlicher Service. Nur der Wein kann nicht überzeugen. Trinken wir halt beim nächsten mal was anderes...
Wir waren wandern und wurden trotz, dass wir nur was Kleines zu Mittag zu uns genommen haben, ganz nett bedient. Der RoseSpätburgunder war hervorragend. Nur zu empfehlen.
Herrvorragend ausgestattetes Zimmer, leider nicht zu temparieren und zu kalt (Anfang Oktober)
