Great service, and more important to me is: absolutely great customer service. Richard Simmons great Account Manager with amazing skills and knowledge/ highly recommended.
Be very careful with this company. They will continue to deliver propane even after the contract has expired. My contract was specifically written so there would be no automatic renewal, however they continued to deliver propane. And guess what, because of their mistake, guess who had to pay? Certainly not them but the customer. Shop around!
Sharp Energy did our initial survey and were very thorough. Paid careful attention to all of the pandemic requirements, face mask, social distancing. And they (he) was very knowledgeably about all of the equipment he was checking and carefully checked everything.
Very pleased with my experience with Sharp from beginning to end. Their office customer service and service on site was excellent. Definitely made our process smooth as painless. With all that’s going on right now, they still fit us in their schedule quickly.
