Another success story. I purchased a Generac generator from Richard at Albright Electric. Installation was no problem. I have a warranty contract with them too and no problem. On Monday a pipe came lose and by Wednesday his men came out to fix the problem. This is a company who stands behind the product and their installation. I recommend them for all their products and services. I never regretted using them.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Albright changed locations and discontinued serving my parent's Generac Generator. They never informed them of this. Last weekend, my parents lost power and the generator did not go on. This is completely unacceptable! At 89 and 91, this is a critical situation. There was never any follow-through on Albright's part. SHAME on them!!!
