They always take good care of me and my family here. There was one time a student was interning and they gave me a pap smear and it was not documented so I had to have another one... But I just made sure to see a different less distracted doctor is all after that. Love this clinic. Love the staff... The doctors (when not training interns lol) are amazing.

Tina the lady who makes apointmentd won't transfer me to my dr.'s nurse, is very rude and expected me to give her personal info against the hippa act. Changing clinics NOW!

Took my son in for an appointment on febFebru 11th and was referred to a specialty clinic. February 25th still no call from the clinic we were referred to. Called the gleGlen clinic to find out they waited until february 15th snail mail the referral.....the reason for the delay? In the 4 days they tried faxing 3 times and couldn't get the fax to go through so they decided to snail mail the referral.....it's 2019 and they can't work a fax machine? On the 25th I asked to leave a message with the doctor or nurse to see if we could change the referral to a closer special clinic and was told they don't have that ability to leave a VM because doctors or their nurses don't have VM.....but they could pass them a note.....like middle school .Glencoe clinic/hisphosp will not get another dime of ory insurance companies money. One of the worst experiences I've had in health care.
