Super rude. Has come to my door twice in the middle of the day BANGING on it super loud to tell me i needed to do something. Did not even introduce himself the first time I moved in or even when he came to my door so rudely. Was not accommodating at all when I moved in. Tries to get every last penny out of you before you move out. Would NEVER rent from him again.
