The following is posted by my wife: I have been going to Tina at Pascal pour Elle for many many years. She is a very professional and very talented colorist. She is the only person I trust with my blonde hair and I cannot speak highly enough of her and the entire team at Pascal!! After many years, she knows exactly the kind of color I want. Furthermore, During these covid times, the salon feels very clean and safe. The stylists all have masks, they take you temp upon entry and everything is spaced 6 feet apart.
