Peter at PJ's How 2 Spirits is amazing!! We met him at the Holiday Sampler last November and got the idea of making our own wine for our upcoming wedding. Peter offered to help us through the process and after sampling many delicious flavors, we selected four of them. Over a course of two months we met with Peter and learned about the wine making process. We're so excited to share our wine with our wedding guest. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to try something different.
