This was the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. I was put on a 90 wait list for my patio extension. After the work was done I was told I would not have enough room for my hot tub and furniture, so they said I would need an additional 120 sq. feet. I agreed - but was put on another 90 day wait list for a one day job. My yard was torn up both times and left in a muddy mess. The owner was verbally abusive to my by phone and in person that I had to call the police. The workers brought their children to the job site which is a very big liability for a home owner. I had to babysit so that nothing happened to hold me liable. After waiting 6 months to complete a one week job , I had mud leaking down all over the patio. I was told this would happen and I discussed with the foreman that a small stone wall would be put up. It was done half way, so mud leaked down and around the patio. I had to shovel the mud off.. I just wanted the job done correct the first time, but the owner is a hot head and went berserk. The police warned him not to come on my property again or charges would be pressed. The owner threatened to rip up all the work that had been done if I did not pay him on the spot. At that point the work was not done yet. My advice is to stay away from this company. They are unprofessional and have very poor communication skills with the customer. The owner is abusive and threatening. There are so many other companies that will do a good job and give you great customer service. As a business owner I would really think twice about how I'm treating my customers if they have to call the police due to threatening behavior.
