Signs are everywhere to remind the public to keep face masks on, sanitize or wash hands, and they even have separate cups for clean and dirty pens when we the consumers have to sign receipts. I went in for service on a Saturday for my ILX and received excellent customer service from beginning to end. I was greeted by Manny the Service Advisor and was impressed with how helpful and professional he was. Manny also made sure to get me the best pricing for my service and appreciate that he did not try to push any unnecessary services. This is definitely my new go to service department for all of my car service needs. Thank you Manny and Acura of Glendale!
Not only do I love my MDX that came beautifully appointed at the base level. But I really like this dealership. Finally somewhere that rewards loyalty for returning customers in sales and in service department. Have not had one issue with this group and always feel well taken care of
