I echo the sentiments expressed below about setting an appt. I’m still on hold as I’m posting this. I called earlier but the office doesn’t open until 8:30 am so I called after and it sounded like maybe they hadn’t flipped their phone system on because it was sending me to the answering service the last time I called back it was still that way so I figured I’d hold for their answering service but got tired of being on hold for them too ! I don’t get it. They’re fully staffed and I’m sure because of COVID-19 the appts are being staggered. ... still holding

Best place super kind and caring would definitely recommend this place the doctor was amazing doctor Lopez and the guy that does the cast was so amazing as well I mean look at his work could not be more happy thank you for great service

I called to schedule an appointment, as a new patient. I’ve never experienced a hold over 40 minutes, then their phone system disconnected the call once their office was closed. So, I waited on hold for over 40 minutes and still was unable to schedule an appointment. This is by far the worse experience I’ve encountered to schedule an appt. This is a clear indicator that patient experience is not vital to this group, at all. A phone system that would offer a callback if the hold time exceeds a certain duration would be ideal, as oppose to allowing a parent to remain on hold for whatever extended length of time. As you can see, this is my first review because I don’t want any other parent to waste their time. I’ll recommend Phoenix Children’s Orthopaedics.

Dr was dismissive and condescending. Even shushed me. Seamed annoyed we where even sent to him. Was very dismissive of me and would refer more to my fiance. He works all the time so he kept trying to defer back to me since he dose not have all the details. Drs additude changed even more when he learnt we only have 1 child and we dont want anymore. NEVER going back. Will be talking to our Dr about finding any other specialist. The office staff where lovely though.

Please, can someone help them with their appointment system? What they are doing clearly isn't working. After initially waiting over 20 minutes on the phone to make an appointment, I mistakenly forgot what time the return visit was for. Was on hold for 30 minutes and 53 seconds before I finally gave up. It will be quicker to drive there, ask my question, and drive home. Absolutely ridiculous.
