Went in early before 10am in case they were busy, only about 3-4 before myself. Waited about an hour before was seen, which is understandable during these times. Front desk woman was extremely nice and very helpful. The nurse who examined me was also nice and knowledgeable, and explained so I understood. Was definitely a great experience for the uncomfortable circumstances for sure.

I wanted to take a follow-up COVID test with this company, as it is only .6 miles from my home. Their Google information says that you need an appointment, and gives the web address to go to. I visited the address and found a lot of information, but had no luck finding any way to make an appointment. After 15 minutes on their site, I decided to just call the number listed for my chosen location. Instead of speaking to that location, I was connected to a call center where I was told that it is just walk-in, and you don't need to make an appointment. Really, then I guess you need to update the information on your site, as not only is that information wrong, but they also show that there is currently no vaccine available for COVID. I would really like to know who created/manages this site, as it clearly has some UI and informational issues. Although they are very close to my home, I will NOT be giving them my business, especially because they have waisted my very precious and valuable time dealing with them!!

I came to NextCare with a painful knee. The staff was very professional from the receptionist to the MA to the NP (Amy Boatright). The NP took time to listen to all my concerns. She was very caring while she examined me. She went further as to educate me how to take care of my overall health . I was given first class quality care. I will recommend NextCare to everyone. They are so committed to meeting the needs to patients that they even offer affordable fees. Thank you so much NextCare.

Similar experience to Jonathan below. I attempted to call prior to confirm my ability to walk-in however it was a 35 minute hold and they close at 8:00 PM. I understand walk-ins take time so in an effort to avoid arriving at a later time I sped over (5:10 PM actual arrival). I was quickly told they normally take walk-ins but not this late due to supplies. Please arrive in the mornings to avoid this issue. Urgent Care please act on this and provide updates on this issue as it could be costly to plenty of folks around the valley. Additionally, your online portal stated there were 6 people in line which could make it seem like they are taking people in, quite misleading. I would rather it mention the current stock of COVID-19 supplies as opposed to how long we will wait. I am sure folks do not mind waiting so long as they know supplies are available and they won’t be turned away.
