I paid debt with RSI and was told it would come off my report. It’s been almost 30 days and it’s still showing not paid. Called and spoke to Lisa, the agent on my account. She was rude and told me to google the laws of medical debt. Well how about I just leave a google review instead. Thanks Lisa for all of your non help.

These people will tell you anything to get you to pay, they will not remove anything from your credit report even though they will tell you they will. Don't buy their bull.

This company has incompetent employees that don’t know anything about their online system they also have no manners when they speak to clients. I am referring to an employee named Annalisa, she needs training in all aspects of this job.

When asked why the man on the phone was calling my phone, he started yelling at me repeatedly asking if the person he was calling for was available. I asked what his company did, he yelled at me. I said,\bye\. To which he said, \hang up the phone\. I'd love to catch the dude in person to put his teeth on the curb.
