Getting through to speak to anyone in the office is next to impossible. Any time I've called, I've been given an automated message that my estimated wait time is 20 minutes or longer. Once I got through I was transferred to a voicemail message system that just said \good bye\ and hung up on me. Then I had to call back and was put on hold for another 1/2 hour. As a parent with a child that is suffering, this unnecessary stress is enough to change doctor's offices. This is unfortunate for the doctor herself who we have not had any issues with directly. The inability to get a hold of someone with a simple question is something I've never experienced before in a doctor's office. Beyond frustrating.

Very unhappy with the \care\ I received this week. They basically abandoned my daughter in the middle of a crisis because she recently turned 18. We had been seeing Melanie Morrow and received excellent care from her. When I called for help from Dr. Zach (we have not been able to see an adult neurologist yet) they obviously did not read the notes from my voicemails or the report from the ER until I badgered them into it. Was told to go back to the ER and that they would not see us because it would be a \waste of time\. I am scared that my daughter's symptoms will worsen while I try to get her in to see a doctor. I am appalled by the lack of care.

My son has been seeing Dr. Zach since he suffered 3 strokes from open heart surgery. She is amazing! It is very rare to find a doctor that truly cares about their patients as she does. When we have had to call for emergencies she has called us back with in minutes, I don’t think we have ever waited more than 5 minutes for a call back. My son was given a very grim future from old Neurologist. Dr Zach made sure that my son was getting the therapies and services that he needed. He has gone far above what anyone ever thought he would and the credit goes to God and Dr. Zach without her, my son wouldn’t be communicating, sitting, moving or eating by mouth. From the bottom of our hearts we are so very thankful for Dr. Zach as well as the other providers, nurses and front office people.
