I don't like to right negative reviews, but it may help someone else from having a bad experience. I had my truck there repaired after a car collision in the front of the car that's a while ago . They fought with my insurance about keeping the car longer, it took them a month and a half to fix it, they took plastic door covering from the back door not damaged and put it in the other door that was missing , the paint was good for about for a few years , when I call them to ask about their warranty since they said its lifetime of course they denied to fix anything, I keep finding still to this day glass pieces in my vents when they specific told me over and over how long it took to clean it, They change my plastic door pieces but they don't fit correctly and they make noise on the road, they used probably not OE parts. I have never use them again, you make your do diligence and decide.

Avalon collision center of Glendora: they over-commit and under-deliver I took my SUV into Avalon to have minor dent repaired (pic attached) and I was originally provided 3-4 day repair time. Avalon submitted 7 day repair time to insurance company and it was approved. I picked up rental car for 7 days, but my repair for the minor dent took approximately two weeks. I was left responsible for the additional rental car expense and Avalon refuses to return my call. Be aware of deceptive and unethical business practices by Avalon.

This is an excellent body shop. I've had both insurance claims repairs and custom work done here and I have always been very satisfied with their work. Not only are their repairs high quality but their customer service is outstanding. They kept me updated throughout the process and answered all my questions. I can't recommend them enough!
