Dr. Londoño has been great. She has discussed everything that is happening with my symptoms using understandable terminology. She discussed all the possible options for treatment. She even called me with the results from the samples taken during my surgery in person. This being my first experience with any type of urological issues I greatly appreciate her compassion and expertise. Thank you to Dr. Londoño and the Glendora City of Hope staff for everything.

Not pleased. They used to be great. Since they partnered with City of Hope they continually cancel appointments without notifying patienot sincerely. This is second time this happened . Knowing their issue this time we verified with City of Hope the appt was still on the signed date a week before. But the day of they claimed they had changed changed it two weeks before! This entity is too large he, too disconnected, and too disorganized adequately tend to the needs of my family members help.
