The sales people will stretch the truth to any length to have you purchase a home. Once, you’re under contract you become an after thought until closing. Then they will pretend to care, patch-up (literally) whatever is not installed properly and move on to their next victim, I mean buyer. Crestwood communities are very, very poorly designed. They maximize their profits by putting as many houses as they can in a community at the expense of the future residents. Then join the board to implement rules and regulations liking towing, they don’t have to live with. They’ll give you a “fake map” showing adequate parking and facilities that are non-existent once the community is complete. Please be warned and ask for the actual plans they are required to give the city! DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF THE SALESPERSON!!

From the moment I stepped into the sales office I was treated with respect. The homes were absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend this builder. As a first time homebuyer they helped me every step of the way and made the purchase enjoyable.
Unprofessional and dishonest. In Adam's Grove Rialto, the final layout looked nothing like what was shown/promised before the homes were built. Crestwood decided to cut corners for profit at the expense of the safety and living environment of the community.
Please, help us as a home owners in Crestwood community in Rialto, CA in huge parking problems right now as 02/25/2021, even our vehicles get towed in front of our own house!
Were with me every step of the way and really simplified the whole process. Top notch service top to bottom and really put the clients interest at the forefront. Really refreshing in the day and age of big home building conglomerates that see you as a statistic that are solely there to make a profit off of you. Homes are crafted with the utmost attention to detail and no corners are cut. Absolutely outstanding service and if you have anything bad to say about them then you probably need to read what you're signing.
