Don't sign up...my dog was not interested and they make it so hard to cancel the subscription. I sent an email 3 weeks ago and haven't rec'd a reply. I have followed the online steps to cancel but when I click on my account...I get nothing. Funny if we are signing up all the screens work great but when it comes to accessing my profile/account where I can cancel or change anything...BAM...NO HELP! This is a waste of money, they must know it and make it nearly impossible to cancel. RIP OFF!
