Large order for a wedding party. Had to order in drive thru as the lobby is still closed because of COVID restrictions.

By far the WORST customer service ever!
Came here around 8pm on a Thursday. The lady working was the sweetest! Hot chocolate and coffee was made perfectly and she took time to explain the donuts they still had available. The donuts themselves were stale and gross but I enjoyed the service.
Get one every morning, can't work without my dunkin lol.
went through the drive-through at 8:30 PM on Friday night there was no response call to the window worker with dark hair after a couple minutes looked at me and it’s like a closed sign with her hands so they close at 9 o’clock because it was 830
I asked for sugar and extra caramel and there was none of that in my coffee.
