Amazing service!!!! Andy and Leslie were friendly, professional, HONEST, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy to ask for Andy. He is so excited about cars, and is ready to share all his knowledge and experience with you. What a sales guy!! And if you’re lucky enough to draw Leslie as your finance manager, you’ll be in for a treat. She’s witty and hilarious, all the while super knowledgeable and detailed. Keep up the great work!

The experience at Glendora Chevy was OK as far as dealers go, However I am disappointed that the prearranged deal I had worked out with Jessica was changed once at the dealership, I had to go through the whole process again, answer all the questions again, and it was late and we were tired and the sales team slipped an extra expense in that we didn't catch until the next day. I specifically came to Glendora VS another dealer because Jessica agreed to beat their deal. To realize what had happened the next day didn't feel great. Also the Truck was not properly detailed, it was raining when we purchased and so I was sent to a different dealer for a detail but it was sub-par. I still have hard water marks on a brand new black truck. also not great.

As usual going in as woman alone, I got pulled back & forth on payment of the vehicle I chose. Even with “tier 1” credit the “best they could do” wasn’t what I told them I wanted but magically dropped the payment amount by over 100 when I was about to walk away. Ruben was nice but since their salesmen don’t make commission he was more like a test drive associate than a salesman. Heard at least 2 couples have the same experience as me just while being there. It’s hard times with Covid but as always a dealership acts like always do. I LOVE my Chevy Blazer & don’t regret it at all so there’s that at least.

Truck is great; deal is great; few months later went to service and man o man do they need to get it together. I’m frustrated, the people around me are frustrated. The GUYS are careless. Came in for recall and man wish I would’ve went somewhere else. Next time I buy a truck definitely going somewhere else, where service is top priority.
